Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Safety Circle. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content so the service can function. You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, harassing, or misleading content, and not to misuse the platform, including scraping, spamming, or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or our community guidelines.

The core Safety Circle community is free to use. We also offer paid upgrades, including Premium membership and Employer & Recruiter Access, which unlock additional features described at the point of purchase.

Safety Circle Premium is an auto-renewable subscription. The subscription details are:

• Title: Safety Circle Premium.
• Length: 1 month (monthly), auto-renewing.
• Price: $4.99 USD per month (prices may vary by region and are shown at checkout).

Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

For purchases made through the Apple App Store, your Apple ID account is billed, and you can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your device's App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, where offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Web subscriptions can be managed from the Billing page in your account settings.

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies and are requested through Apple. Web purchases are handled by our payment processor; contact us for billing questions.

Safety Circle is provided "as is" and "as available." Content shared by members is for general professional networking and information and is not legal, safety, or compliance advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Safety Circle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
