We're here to help. Whether you have a question about your account, a subscription, a technical problem, or you want to report something, this page explains how to reach us and where to find answers.
Email us any time at jwade@corefabsafety.com. We read every message and typically reply within 1–2 business days. To help us resolve your issue faster, include your account email, the device you are using, and a short description of what happened.
Account & sign-in
Trouble signing in? You can reset your password from the password reset page. To update your name, photo, certifications, or other profile details, sign in and go to Settings, then Profile. If you are locked out or your account was created with the wrong email, email us at jwade@corefabsafety.com and we will help.
Subscriptions & billing
Safety Circle is free to join. We also offer paid upgrades: Premium ($4.99 USD per month) and Employer & Recruiter Access ($99 USD per month). You can see exactly what each plan includes on the membership page.
Managing or canceling: If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). If you subscribed on the web, manage your plan from Settings → Billing. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
For any billing question, refund request, or charge you do not recognize, email jwade@corefabsafety.com. Purchases made through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's refund process.
Technical issues
If something is not working, such as the app not loading, content not appearing, or a feature behaving unexpectedly, email us at jwade@corefabsafety.com with your device model, operating system version, and a description of the problem (screenshots help). We will investigate and follow up.
Reporting content or safety concerns
Safety Circle is a professional community. If you see content that is harassing, misleading, or otherwise violates our Terms of Use, report it from the post's menu in the app, or email jwade@corefabsafety.com. We review reports promptly and remove content or suspend accounts that break the rules.
Privacy & your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You can permanently delete your account and data at any time, following the steps on our account deletion page.
